Oh my goodness, so true. I was just thinking about how i'm gonna need a drink tonight and want to get daffodils this weekend. Did you see this drink recipe on sfgirlbybay? Sounds amazing: http://www.thedinnerfiles.com/?p=983
Marmalade + bourbon = sold. Actually, I'm on board with any drink requiring a recipe. Or just any drink at all, really.
The Jim Beam is not really my drink of choice, but it is cheap and reminds me of college days in Athens, Georgia. Not that I drank in college. I was too busy studying. Yep. Only studying.
Leah...you made me chuckle :) I am so over this weather. I just want to break out in a little dance when I see the sun, even if it's just for a couple minutes! I can't wait til this weekend. If Jeff Renner is wrong I'm huntin' him down!!
1. Gatherings home: have you seen The Weather Man with Nic Cage? If not, please go rent this weekend if it DOES rain. You will appreciate!
2. Leah- I found out by the grace of all this rain, I have spring flowers planted in my yard! (YAY!) if you remember, instead of ending up in Georgetown I am in Upper Leschi. We moved into it in August, so the spring flowers were long gone by then. So imagine my surprise when I saw all these flowers coming up the other day! I can't wait to cut some and bring them in out of the rain!
(I guess it's time to prep the rose bushes....I neglected to cut back during all the snow....so it's now or never!)
Thanks, inDdecor! Those tiles are in my own kitchen...stay tuned for additional pics from an upcoming house tour (or a partial one, anyway...a few rooms are just a lottery win away yet).
