Did anyone see this post on Apartment Therapy last week?

I read it and thought it was jumping to conclusions a bit prematurely...what do you think?

First Blueprint, then House & Garden, now.... (gasp) Domino? What does that leave us--Veranda? Egads.

That would be terrible! I adore Domino! Let's think good thoughts.

Fingers crossed.

Worst. news. ever.

Update: I read through more recent postings to the AT piece, which include a few from Domino execs, including editor Deborah Needleman, reassuring folks that the magazine is here to stay. Let's hope that's the case rather than one of those that protest too much...or whatever.

I'd die. I was shocked when H&G bit the dust, and I'm in the denial phase of grief regarding Cottage Living. I'd pay double to subscription cost to keep my favorite shelter mags alive. Perhaps subscription prices need to go back up from $9.99 to $20 a year.

I'd definitely pay a minimum of $20 a year not to be stuck with Architectural Digest and Coastal Living!
